摘要
软岩隧道突水涌泥处理过程中危险性极大,稍有不慎,极易引起二次涌泥,给洞内工作人员的生命安全造成极大威胁。本文以大唐林州2×300MW级热电机组引水隧道突水涌泥施工实践为例,以小导管注浆作为超前支护,淤泥在小导管注浆作用下形成的固结体作为部分自承体系的新奥法理论,荆条配合钢筋网片形成反滤层过水不过砂石,采用强度、刚度更大的U型钢作为初次支护的劲性骨架,二次衬砌跟进,遵循短开挖强支护的原则,得出了塌方处理施工经验。
It is extremely dangerous to conduct the water inrush and burst mud of soft rock tunnel. And any carelessness can result in secondary burst mud easily,which poses a great threat to the staff who work in the cave. In this paper,taking the practice of construction of Datang in Linzhou as a example,which conducts the water inrush and burst mud in the water tunnel in the 2 × 300 MW grade thermal power unit,uses the small pipe grouting as the advanced support. It also uses the consolidation body formed by the silt under the small pipe grouting as a part of New Austrian law theory. Vitex and steel mesh are formed a filter layer which can't filter gravel but water. Using the U-shaped steel that has greater strength and stiffness as the primary support of the skeleton,with the second lining followed,and following the principle of short excavation and strong support,this passage obtains a valuable experience in dealing with the collapse,and provides technical reference for such projects in the future.
