摘要
海口市某超高层建筑,结构高度近187 m,项目位于8度设防烈度区,选用设置防屈曲支撑和加强层的钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法进行设计,提出超限设计措施。计算结果表明结构总体指标符合规范要求,各项性能满足预定的抗震性能目标。
The structure height of a high-rise building in Haikou is nearly 187 m,it is located in 8 degree fortification intensity area. In this paper,the structure of steel frame-reinforced concrete core tube with buckling support and reinforcing layer is selected,and the design method based on performance-based seismic design is proposed. The calculation results show that the overall structure index conforms to the specification requirements and the performance meets the predetermined seismic performance targets.
