提高城市建设品味、提升市民生活质量,城市治理创新是关键。创新长沙城市治理体系,要树立以人民为中心的城市治理理念,以城市治理理念的转变促进城市治理工作的全面创新;要转变政府职能、激发社会活力,构建全民共建共享的城市治理新格局;要将现代科技与城市文化有机地结合起来,形成城市治理新合力;要完善城市治理的考核评价体系,发挥考核评价体系在城市治理中的"指挥棒"作用。

Innovation of urban governance system is the key to improve the taste of urban construction and the life quality of citizens. In order to innovate the urban governance system of Changsha,a people-oriented concept of urban governance should be established,and we should promote the comprehensive innovation of urban governance by transforming the concept of urban governance. We should transform government functions and arouse social vitality,and build a new pattern of urban governance which is jointly built and shared by all citizens. It is necessary to combine modern technology with urban culture to form new synergy of urban governance. We should complement the evaluation and assessment system of urban governance and play its due role as a "baton"in urban governance.
