明清时期社会激励的探究——以庐州府为例

Study on the social incentive mechanism of Luzhou government in the Ming and Qing dynasties

庐州府自古素有"淮右襟喉,江北唇齿"之称,民风一直以淳朴为名,明清时期该府区以忠臣、义行、节烈、孝友为激励的对象,综合运用旌表门闾、赐匾建牌坊的精神激励和实物赏赐、优免差役的物质激励,在政治、经济和社会方面取得了良好的激励效应。

Luzhou government has always been known for its simple and honest folkway. During the Ming and Qing dynasties,with the comprehensive social incentive mechanism of spiritual and material encouragement,Luzhou government made the practices of loyalty,justice,chasteness and filial piety as the objects of incentive,and achieved good effects in politics,economy and society.
