改革开放以来,我国高等教育取得了优异的成绩。但在中国人口出生率下降的长期趋势下,我国高等教育发展面临着新的困境,转型成为高等教育发展的必然选择。要积极采取诸如创新人才培养模式、合理定位、注重特色化发展等措施,以促进中国高等教育健康稳定持续发展。

Since the reform and opening up,China has made outstanding achievements in higher education.However,under the long-term trend of the declining birth rate,the development of China's higher education is facing new dilemma,and the transformation of higher education becomes an inevitable choice. It is to actively take measures such as Innovative talent training model.reasonable positioning,focusing on the development of distinctive characteristics and so on,to promote the healthy and stable development of higher education in China.
