制度变迁视域下我国速度滑冰运动的发展研究

Research on the Development of Speed Skating in China from the Perspective of Institutional Change

采用文献资料等研究方法,通过制度变迁理论对我国速度滑冰的体育权利博弈进行探讨,指出速度滑冰运动的制度变迁过程是强制型的制度变迁,我国速度滑冰运动制度变迁分为三个阶段,不同的变迁阶段变迁内容不同,同时我国速度滑冰的制度变迁过程存在路径依赖的特征,使速度滑冰项目在制度变迁的过程中遇到变迁阻力。速度滑冰运动在制度变迁的过程中要积极克服路径依赖的困境,做好自身的变革。根据速度滑冰的发展趋势选择合理的制度变迁路径,在制度的引领下,建立具有中国特色的速度滑冰运动发展体系,促进速度滑冰运动的全面发展。

Through the theory of institutional change,this paper discusses the sports rights game of Speed Skating in China,and points out that the process of institutional change of Speed Skating is compulsory. The process of Institutional change of China's Speed Skating is divided into three stages of change,content of different stages of change is. At the same time,there is a path dependence in the process of Speed Skating in China. Path dependence will make the Speed Skating project encounter the change resistance in the process of Institutional change. In the process of institutional change,speed skating should actively overcome the dilemma of path dependence and do a good job of its own change. According to the development trend of speed skating,a reasonable path of institutional change should be chosen. Under the guidance of the system,a speed skating development system should be established with Chinese characteristics to speed up the all-round development of speed skating.
