基于PPP模式的分级诊疗体系构建的初探

Construction of Hierarchical Medical Service System Based on Public-Private-Partnership(PPP) Model:a Trial Study

笔者通过借鉴PPP模式在各地的实践,尝试构建基于PPP模式的分级诊疗体系,解决体系实施过程中遇到的困境,为实现"基层首诊、双向转诊、上下联动、急慢分治"的目标提出新的思路。

This article tried to establish a hierarchical medical service system based on the public-private-partnership( PPP) model by learning from practices of PPP model in different areas to solve problems in the implementation process and to provide new ideas to achieve the objective of "first diagnosis in the primary level,two-way referral,up and down linkage,acute and chronic diseases treated respectively.
