品管圈在提高内科病案首页手术填写质量的应用研究

Application of Quality Control Circle in Improving Filling Quality of Operation in the Front Sheet of Medical Records of Internal Medicine

目的研究探讨品管圈方法在提高内科病案首页手术填写质量中的应用价值。方法某院病案室成立品管圈小组,将活动前3个月的内科病案,抽出作为对照组,共703份;自品管圈小组成立之日后3个月的内科病案680份作为实验组,通过品管圈活动方法,制定措施对实验组进行干预,对比干预前后内科病案首页手术填写质量。结果干预后内科病案首页手术填写质量有显著提高,缺陷率从48.36%降为14.55%。结论运用品管圈理论和方法,可显著提高内科病案首页的手术填写质量,并可锻炼科室及个人解决问题的能力。

Objective To study the application value of the quality control circle in improving filling quality of operation in the front sheet of medical records of internal medicine. Methods Quality Control Circle group was set up in the Medical Record Room of a hospital,and medical records of Internal Medicine of 3 months before the activity were taken out as control group,with a total of 703. Since Quality Control Circle group was established,680 medical records of Internal Medicine were collected as experimental group. Through the method of Quality Control Circle activity,measures were taken to intervene in experimental group. A comparison was done between the two groups in terms of the quality of filling quality of operation in the front sheet of medical records of Internal Medicine before and after intervention were carried on. Results After the intervention,the quality of the front sheet of medical records of Internal Medicine was improved significantly and the defect rate dropped from 48. 36% to 14. 55%. Conclusion By using the theory and method of Quality Control Circle,the writing quality of the front sheet of medical records of Internal Medicine can be improved significantly,and meanwhile the ability of departments and individuals to solve problems can also be raised.
