Causes of Childhood Obesity:a Literature Review

小儿肥胖是目前较为严重的全球性健康问题,已经引起人们的高度关注,它是由多种因素引起的能量失衡性的疾病,人们也一直寻找在有效的治疗方法,因此,关于小儿肥胖的致病因素研究就显得极为重要,本组就目前国内外对小儿肥胖致病因素,包括围生期保健、遗传因素、与体重相关的内分泌失调以及由外界环境等引起的获得性肥胖等因素的研究进行了综述,以期为预防和控制小儿肥胖提供一些参考依据。

Childhood obesity is a severe global health problem,which has attracted much attention. It is a disease of energy unbalance caused by many factors,and doctors are always looking for effective therapy. Therefore,research on the pathogenic factors of children obesity shows great importance. To provide some references for the prevention and control of childhood obesity,in this paper,the causes of obesity in children,including prenatal care,genetic factors,weight-related endocrine disorders and acquired obesity induced by external environment,etc.,have been reviewed.
