摘要 为了实现联合国的可持续发展目标,必须实施负责任创新,推广全局性工程,以整体、全面的眼光看待高度复杂系统中的技术干预,加强参与者的对话,解决各种相互交织的伦理问题。全局性工程的开展涉及融通性、相关性和协调性3个维度,需要科学家、工程师和人文社会科学工作者的通力合作。 To achieve the sustainable development goal of the UN,it is essential to implement responsible innovation,prompt comprehensive engineering,take integral and comprehensive insight into the technological intervention of an extremely complicated system,enhance the communication between participants as well as resolve varieties of ethical issues that interweave with each other.The development of comprehensive engineering consists of three dimensions,i.e,fusion,relevance and coordination.This requests full cooperation among scientists,engineers as well as humanities and social professionals.
