摘要
文章通过讲述高炉TRT发电机组起车达到额定转速运行状态良好,并网发电后定子及轴承座振动严重超标,利用频谱分析其振动原因,详述其处理过程,总结中小型发电机转子匝间短路后定转子振动特征、检测匝间短路方法及转子匝间短路处理工艺。
In the paper,the operation of blast furnace TRT generator unit when starting and reachingood condition,however the vibration of stator and bearing pedestal seriously exceeds the spower generation. The vibration reason is analyzed by frequency spectrum,and the processing process is described in de-tail. The vibration characteristics of stator and rotor after inter - turn short circuit fault, the method of detecting inter - turnshort circuit fault and the treatment process of rotor winding inter - turn short circuit fault are summarized.
