摘要
根据稀土钢板材厂ERP系统的设计理念,充分发挥钢种GA、GK、GE成分管控的优势,成功实现了Q235A、Q235B、SS400的有效融合,归并后三个钢种采用一种成分设计,通过运用TMCP(热机械控制)技术,即轧制与冷却工艺的调整,实现了Q235A、Q235B、SS400的柔性化轧制,从实验的角度验证了集约化生产技术的可行性,并通过柔性化轧制技术很大程度上简化了冶炼的难度,有效控制了炼钢成分的波动性。
Based on the design philosophy of ERP system in Rare Earth Steel Plate plant,giving full play to the advantages of steel GA,GK and GE composition control,successfully achieving the effective combination of steel grade Q235 A,Q235 B and SS400,after the merger,the three steel grades are designed with one component by using TMCP( thermomechanical control) technology,that is,the rolling and cooling process adjustments,which achieves flexible rolling of Q235 A,Q235 B and SS400. From the experimental point of view,the feasibility of intensive production technology is verified. By means of flexible rolling technology,the difficulty of smelting is largely simplified,and the fluctuation of steelmaking components is effectively controlled.
