摘要
通过对包钢炼钢生产状况的分析,并结合ERP系统的特点,对包钢炼钢作业管理系统进行了相应的设计。根据炼钢的工艺流程,从倒灌站、脱硫、转炉、精炼、铸机和料号维护几方面进行了系统模块划分;根据数据的来源和下抛关系,对炼钢作业管理系统和其他ERP子系统之间的关系进行设计,保证数据来源和数据下抛的准确。
Based on the analysis of the production status of steelmaking in system,the corresponding design of steelmaking operation management system of Baotou Steel is made. According to theprocess of steelmaking,the system modules are divided from the flow backward station, desulfurization, converter, refining, casting machine and material number maintenance; according to the relationship between thdropping, the relationship betvween steelmaking operation management system and other ERP subsystems is designed to en-sure the accuracy of data source and data dropping.
