摘要
随着《水污染防治行动计划》的推进,我国许多已建城市(镇)污水处理厂面临二级标准升一级B标准、一级B标准升一级A标准的提标升级改造。这些已建城市(镇)污水处理厂主要通过构建、完善脱氮除磷工艺,改善水动力学条件、投加填料、投加外加碳源、改进运行工况等环节,增加混凝、过滤等深度处理措施,提升工艺的脱氮除磷效果。
Many urban sewage plants are faced with upgrading and reconstruction engineering such,as upgrading secondary standard to first B standard or first B to first A standard since "The Action for Water Pollution Prevention and Control " is carried out. Building and improving the process of nitrogen and phosphorus removal,making hydrodynamic conditions better,dosing filler,adding external carbon source,adjusting operating conditions,and increasing advanced treatment measures like coagulation and filtration,all these are the main measures to achieve remarkable effect on nitrogen and phosphorus removal for urban sewage plants construction.
