摘要
将一种半导体制冷技术应用于智能水杯,实现水杯的制冷、加热、恒温等功能。设计电路采用STM32F103R8T6单片机为控制器,控制MOSFET器件搭建的H桥驱动半导体制冷片TEC1-12706,实现制冷、加热、恒温等功能;用DS18B20采集水杯中的水温,经单片机计算实现对水温的闭环控制;利用蓝牙模块把实时温度数据传送给智能手机。经实验测试,加热时温度达到70℃以上,制冷时温度可达到10℃以下。
This paper presents a design of applying the semiconductor refrigeration technology to intelligent water cup to achieve cooling,heating,constant temperature and other functions. STM32 F103 R8 T6 is used as controller by circuit,controlling H-bridge built by the MOSFET to drive the semiconductor refrigeration piece TEC1-12706,implementing refrigeration,heating,thermostat functions and so forth. DS18 B20 is used to collect cup water temperature by circuit,calculated by MCU to realize the closed-loop control toward water temperature. Bluetooth module is used to transmit the real-time temperature data to the smart phone by circuit. In the test,when heating or cooling,the temperature would be over 70 ℃ or below 10 ℃.
