参芪扶正注射液联合化疗对胃癌患者外周血细胞水平、肿瘤标志物及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Chemotherapy on Peripheral Blood Cell Level,Tumor Markers and Immune Function in Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液联合化疗对胃癌患者外周血细胞水平、肿瘤标志物及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2016年5月~2017年10月我院收治的胃癌患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组接受DCF方案化疗,观察组于对照组治疗基础上采用参芪扶正注射液治疗,分别检测并比较两组患者治疗前后外周血细胞水平、肿瘤标志物及免疫功能指标。结果:治疗前,两组患者血清红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、血红蛋白(Hb)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与组内治疗前相比,治疗后两组RBC、WBC、PLT及Hb含量均有不同程度下降,且观察组含量显著高于对照组;与同组内治疗前相比,治疗后两组NSE、CYFRA21-1、CA199、CEA含量均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组;与组内治疗前相比,对照组与观察组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平不同程度升高,且观察组含量显著高于对照组;治疗后,两组CD8^+含量均显著低于同组治疗前,并且观察组治疗后含量显著低于对照组。以上数据进行统计学分析,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合化疗有助于清除和杀伤癌细胞,增强机体免疫力,降低化疗后血液学毒性反应,可以作为胃癌化疗的辅助用药。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy on peripheral blood cell level,tumor markers and immune function in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2016to October 2017were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40cases in each group.Control group accepted DCF chemotherapy,while the observation group accepted the treatment of Shenqi Fuzheng injection based on the DCF chemotherapy treatment.The levels of peripheral blood cells,tumor markers and immune function indexes in both groups were detected and compared before and after treatment.Results:There were no significant differences in serum RBC,WBC,PLT,Hb,NSE,CYFRA21-1,CA199,CEA,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+levels before treatment in both groups(P>0.05).Compared with the pretreatment group,the levels of RBC,WBC,PLT and Hb in both groups were decreased to some extent after treatment,and the levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;Compared with the same group before treatment,the levels of NSE,CYFRA21-1,CA199and CEA in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group;CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+levels in control group and observation group were increased to some extent after treatment,and the levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group.The levels of CD8^+in both groups were significantly lower than those in control group.Before treatment and after treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The above data for statistical analysis both had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy helps to clear and kill cancer cells,enhances immunity and reduces hematological toxicity after chemotherapy,which can be used as an adjuvant chemotherapy for gastric cancer.
