摘要
汽轮机高调门是火电机组参与电网调频任务的最关键功能部件之一,因此其工作时的安全稳定性极其重要。针对汽轮机顺序阀方式下出现的由于高调门硬件问题导致的机组负荷控制不稳定而不满足调频需求的问题,提出了一种基于通过增加高调门阀后压力测点的高调门调频能力实时评估方法,能够实现在不进行专门实验的基础上有效识别经常发生的由高调阀硬件链接松动等导致汽轮机调频能力下降的问题。实际案例数据分析结果显示:该方法对于实际故障的预警及处理更有实效性。这对机组调频能力在线评估具有一定的实际工程价值。
Steam turbine's HP-valve is one of the most critical functional part of thermal power unit participating in the grid frequency modulation,whose operation with safety and stable is very important. In this paper,a realtime evaluation method of frequency modulation capability is presented for the problem that a steam turbine not meet the requirements of the frequency adjustment in sequence valve operation mode,which caused by the load control unstable for HP-valve's hardware problem. Without specialized experiment,this evaluation method can effectively identify the problem of turbine's frequency modulation capability decreasing caused by valve hardware link loose and so on. The analysis results of case data show that this method is more effective for the early warning and processing of turbine actual fault. The on-line evaluation of frequency modulation capability of the unit has some practical engineering value.
