摘要
传统机床主轴加速度能量消耗模型是实验验证模型,需要通过大量的数据积累才能完善模型,无法在设计阶段对机床进行节能分析。因此,本文从主轴电机控制出发,通过计算主轴驱动系统的转动惯量,构建了主轴加速度能量消耗模型。通过模型分析,给出了能量消耗的影响因素,并提出了相应的机床节能方法。通过多部数控机床的实验验证,文中所提出的节能方法可以节能10.6%~50%。
The traditional energy consumption model of machine tool spindle acceleration is an experimental verification model,which needs a lot of data to improve the model. In this paper,based on the spindle motor control,the energy consumption model of spindle acceleration is established by calculating the moment of inertia of the spindle drive system. Through the analysis of the model,the influence factors of energy consumption are given. Finally,the experimental results show that the proposed method can save energy by 10. 6% to 50%.
