摘要 创意管理是融合创意组织化、资本化、产品化、市场化的过程,一个创意的成功与否在很大程度上取决于创意管理的水平。从创意产品链的角度而言,创意管理是一个包含创意的市场组织、创意融资、创意契约设计以及创意定价的管理系统。本文基于创意的内在特性,结合知识产权保护程度、信号发送和所有权配置等经济因素,以创意产品链为线索对相关文献进行了梳理,研究了创意的特性对于创意管理的内在影响,以及创意管理各方面之间的系统关联性,使贯穿于整个产品链的创意管理内容得到较为全面的反映,为创意管理研究提供了一个新的视角。 Creative ideas management is a process in which creative idea are organized, capitalized, commercialized and mar- ketized. The value of a creative idea largely depends on the level of creative idea management. From the viewpoint of creative product chain, creative ideas management is a system including the organization forms, financing choices, contract designing and pricing of creative idea. On the basis of the intrinsic features of creative ideas, this paper takes some important economic factors into account, such as intellectual property protection, signal sending mechanism and ownership allocation, and makes a literature about the creative product chain. We study the effects that the features of creative ideas have on the creative ideas management and the systematic rele- vance among different aspects in creative ideas management, which gives a completed presentation about the creative ideas management in creative product chain.
