摘要
本文从包容型领导这一企业内部因素出发,以自我决定理论为基础,分析了包容型领导对企业商业模式创新的内在机制,探讨了差错管理氛围和即兴行为的中介作用。研究结果表明,包容型领导分别对差错管理氛围、员工即兴行为和商业模式创新有直接影响作用;包容型领导通过差错管理氛围影响到商业模式创新;包容型领导通过差错管理氛围影响到员工即兴行为,进而影响到企业商业模式的创新。该研究有利于从企业内部挖掘商业模式创新的动力和机制,为企业管理实践提供更好的指导。
On the basis of self-determination theory, this paper analyzed the effect of inclusive leadership on business model innovation and the mediating roles of error management climate and employees improvisation from the perspective of internal factors. The results show that inclusive leadership has a direct effect on error management climate, employees improvisation and business model innovation respectively. Error management climate mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership and employees improvisation. Inclusive leadership affects employees improvisation through error management climate, thus affecting the business model innovation. The results of this study are helpful for finding the motivation and mechanism of business model innovation in the enterprise, and provide better guidance for enterprise management practice.
