摘要
采用C-D生产函数模型并结合熵值法,对辽宁省高校科技进步率和贡献率进行测度。研究表明,高校科技进步率为1.90%,对区域经济发展贡献率为17.79%;高校科研人员效率约为企业科研部门的3倍;高校科研经费效率约为企业的6倍、研究机构的2倍。因此,加大对高校科研经费和人力投入,对提高科研效率,促进区域经济快速发展有着十分重要的作用。
Based on the C-D production function model and entropy method, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the rate and contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in Liaoning province.The research show-s that the rate of scientific and technological progress in colleges and universities is 1.90%; the contribution rate of" regional economic development is 17.79%.Its scientific research efficiency of staff is about 3 times of the efficiency ofresearch institutions and efficiency of funds is 6 times of the enterprises and 2 times of the institutions. Therefore, increasing the funds and manpower of scientific research in universities has a very important role in improving the efficiency of scientific research and promoting the rapid development of regional economy.
