基于专利分析和文献计量的我国医药制造业发展态势研究

Research on the Development Status of Domestic Medical Manufacturing Industry Based on Patent Analysis and Bibliometrics

基于专利分析和文献计量方法,从发展趋势、重点技术领域、区域分布、优势机构等方面开展我国医药制造业发展态势研究,提出我国医药制造业正处于快速发展阶段,一方面相对于高校院所,企业创新能力普遍不足,另一方面高校院所大部分科研成果仍被束之高阁,产学研结合有待进一步加强。而美国、日本、德国等医药制造业传统强国在中国布局有大量专利,给我国相关研发工作带来较强专利壁垒。由此,提出我国医药制造业发展对策建议。

In this paper, based on the patent analysis and bibliometrics methods, the development status of domestic medical manufacturing industry is investigated from several aspects, including development trend, key technology fields, regional distribution and advantageous organizations. Research results indicate that domestic medical manufacturing industry is booming. One the one hand, compared to universities and research institutes, the innovation ability of enterprises is generally insufficient. One the other hand, most scientific research achievements of universities and research institutes have not been transformed, and the cooperation of industry, university and research institute remains to be further strengthened. Moreover, countries like USA, Japan and Germany lay out many patents in China, bringing strong patent barrier to domestic R＆D. Accordingly, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of domestic medical manufacturing industry are presented.
