摘要
基于中国31省、市、自治区(不包括港、澳、台地区)2005—2015年的面板数据,优化了部分已有信息化生产效率测算指标体系,采用DEA方法测算考察期内全国农业信息化生产效率,并将全国划分为东、中、西部以及东北这4个地区进行对比分析。实证研究结果表明,近11年全国各地区较早年份均出现投入产出冗余但规模收益递增的情况,近年规模收益却增势渐缓;中部地区的农业信息化总体效率高于其他地区总体效率,多数年份的总体规模效率达到了"最优状态",少数年份存在着投入产出冗余。
Agriculture is the foundation of China's economic development, and researches into agricultural informatization construction have profound impact on China's economic development. This paper uses the DEA method to build the input-output evaluation target system of agricultural informatization, with data from 31 provinces in the past 11 years (2005 - 2015). The paper conducts empirical analysis and efficiency evaluation. In this paper, 31 provinces are divided into four regions, including east, middle, west and northeast, to conduct comparative analysis. Researches show that: in the past 11 years, the overall efficiency of agricultural informatization in Central China is higher than the overall efficiency of other areas. The overall scale efficiency reached its optimal state in most years while there were redundancy of both input and output in certain years. Regions all over the country met the situation of redundancy of both input and output with scale income increasing in the earlier years. In the later years, the increasing of scale income is becoming slowly.
