摘要
采用固定床技术,以SO2-4/MxOy型固体超强酸为催化剂,1,4-丁内酯和环己胺反应合成了N-环己基吡咯烷酮(NCP),考察了固定床工艺条件对NCP产率的影响。较佳合成条件为:n(1,4-丁内酯)∶n(环己胺)=1∶1.20,反应温度300℃,进料速度0.660mL/min,NCP产率可达96.09%。
1-Cyelohexyl-2-pyrrolidone (NCP) was synthesized from 1,4-butyrolaetone and cyclohexyl- amine in fixed bed with solid super acid as the catalyst, and the processing parameters of fixed bed on production of NCP were studied. The results showed that the optimal ratio between 1,4-butyrolactone and cyelohexylamine was 1 ~ 1.20 at 300℃, and the feeding rate of reacting material was 0. 660 mL/ min. NCP was obtained with the highest conversion rate of 96.09%.
