硬脂酸酰胺丙基二甲基烷基季铵盐的合成及性能研究 被引量:1

SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF STEARIC ACID AMIDE PROPYL DIMETHYL ALKYL QUATERNARY AMMONIUM SALTS

摘要 以硬脂酸、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺制备了硬脂酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺中间体,再与环氧氯丙烷、苄溴、溴丁烷、苄氯、溴癸烷、氯代甘油等季铵化试剂反应,生成一系列硬脂酸酰胺型季铵盐。通过IR光谱,1 H NMR,ESI-MS等手段对中间体及目标产物进行表征,并对季铵盐产物的表面化学性能及抗菌性能等进行了测定。结果表明:系列硬脂酸酰胺型季铵盐具有良好的表面化学性能,cmc可达到10-4 mol/L;具有较好的抗菌性能,对大肠杆菌EC、金黄色葡萄球菌SA、海氏肠球菌EH、铜绿假单胞菌PA等菌种具有不同程度的抑制效果,是一种环境友好的抗菌剂。 The intermediate stearic acid amide propyl dimethyl tertiary amine was prepared by stearic acid and N, N'-dimethyl-1, 3-propanediamine. Then the intermediate was reacted with epichloro- hydrin, benzyl bromide, 1-bromobutane, benzyl chloride, 1-bromodecane, glycerin(-e-) a-chlorohy- drin, so we got a series of stearic acid amide propyl dimethyl alkyl quaternary ammonium salts. The intermediate and target products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and ESI-MS, and the surface chemical properties and antibacterial properties of the quaternary ammonium salt products were meas- ured. The results showed that the series of stearic acid amide quaternary ammonium salts had good surface chemical properties, and their cmc could reach 10-4 mol/L. They hadgood antibacterial prop- erties, and had different inhibitory effect on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, enterococcus hirae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa etc.
