摘要
为研究不同聚合度脂肪醇聚醚磺酸盐界面性能,以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为原料与氯丙烯发生亲核取代反应将聚醚末端羟基烯丙基化,再经磺化反应得到具有不同聚合度的脂肪醇聚醚磺酸盐,并对其结构进行了红外光谱表征;对其临界胶束浓度、界面张力以及不同温度和矿化度条件下界面性能的变化进行了研究。结果表明:随着聚合度的增加,脂肪醇聚醚磺酸盐的表面张力、临界胶束浓度、界面张力值先减小后增大,其耐温耐盐性逐渐能提高;当聚合度大于3时,脂肪醇聚醚磺酸盐具有良好的表界面性能。以AESO-6的表界面性能最佳,其临界胶束浓度值(cmc)为0.049mmol/L,临界表面张力(γcmc)为30.1mN/m,最低界面张力值6.03×10^(-2) mN/m,且在温度为100℃、矿化度为120 000mg/L时仍然保持良好的界面性能,室内驱油试验表明可提高原油采收率12.7%。
Aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene sulfonate was synthesized by using fatty alcohol polyethy- lene ether through allylation and sulfonation for exploring the effect of polymerization degree of ali- phatic alcohol polyoxyethylene sulfonate on interfacial properties, and the structure of the product was characterized by IR. The critical micelle concentration, interracial tension and the influence of dif- ferent temperature and salinity on interracial tension were mainly discussed. The results show that the product was consistent with the target compound. With the increasing of polymerization degree, the critical mieelle concentration and interfacial tension showed the same trend of decreased firstly then in- creased; When the polymerization degree is greater than 3, fatty alcohol polyether sulfonate has good surface properties, the critical micelle concentration was 0. 049 mmol/L, γcmc was 30.1 raN/m, the minimum interfacial tension was 6.03 × 10^-2 mN/m; the mineralization degree was still maintain good performance when the temperature was 100 ℃ and the salinity was 120 000 mg/L, oil displacement test shows that oil recovery can be increased by 12.7%.
