基于多重光散射的聚磺钻井液体系稳定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了方便处理废弃聚磺钻井液,以配方3%膨润土+3%SMP-1(降滤失剂)+3%SMC(降滤失剂)+3%SMT(降黏剂)+0.3%JT888(降滤失剂)+0.2%XY-27(降黏剂)+3%磺化沥青(抑制剂)为基础,采用多重光散射技术,根据稳定指数TSI定量地研究了不同温度条件下以及不同主体处理剂添加比例条件下聚磺钻井液的体系稳定性。结果表明:在30,80,100,120,140℃时,聚磺钻井液的稳定指数TSI分别为2.6,3.6,4.1,3.1,2.8。在完整聚磺钻井液体系,稳定指数TSI为2.6;在去掉SMP-1和SMC的体系中,稳定指数变为11.7;在去掉SMT的体系中,稳定指数变为13.1;在去掉两性离子类聚合物JT888和XY-27的体系中,稳定指数变为2.4;在去掉磺化沥青的5#试样中,稳定系数变为14.9。温度对聚磺钻井液体系稳定性影响不大,主体处理剂的添加情况会大大改变聚磺钻井液的稳定性。 In order to treat waste poly sulfonated drilling fluid expediently, on the basis of formula : 3 % bentonite+ 3 % SMP-1 (filtrate loss reducer) + 3 % SMC ( filtrate loss reducer) + 3% SMT ( viscosity reducer) +0.3 % JT888 (filtrate loss reducer) + 0. 2 % XY-27 (viscosity reducer) + 3 % Sulfonated as- phalt(inhibitor), by using multiple light scattering technology, based on the stability index TSI, studied the system stability of the polysulfonated drilling fluid under the conditions of different tem- perature and the proportion of different agent additives . Results shows that: when the temperature is 30, 80, 100, 120, and 140 ℃, the stability index TSI of the polysulfonated drilling fluid is 2, 6, 3.6, 4.1, 3.1 and 2.8, respectively. The stability index of complete polysulfonyated drilling fluid system is 2.6; In the system that removes diluent SMP-2 and SMC, the stability index changed to I1.7; In the system that removes viscosity reducer SMT, the stability index changed to 13.1; In the system that removes amphoteric ionic polymersJT888 and XY-27, the stability index changed to 2.4% In the system that removed sulfonated bitumen, the stability index changed to 14.9. Temperature has little effect on the stability of polysulfonyated drilling fluid system, while the addition of the main agent will greatly change the stability of the polysulfonyated drilling fluid.
