VAc-BA-AM三元共聚乳液胶黏剂制备与性质研究 被引量:1

摘要 为改善聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的黏接强度和耐热性,以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、醋酸乙烯(VAc)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体原料,利用半连续乳液聚合手段制备BA-VAc-AM三元共聚乳液,并通过抗张试验机、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪等对胶黏剂进行表征。为满足不同领域用胶的情况,分别以拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及剥离强度为评价指标,利用正交实验设计考察了影响胶黏剂机械性能的因素。结果表明:当w(BA)为20%、w(VAc)为30%、w(AM)为5%时,胶膜的拉伸强度达到最大(3.93 MPa),而胶膜的剥离强度也达到最大(6.68kN/m)。当w(BA)为40%、w(VAc)为20%、w(AM)为3%时,胶膜的断裂伸长率达到最大(701%)。 In order to improve the bonding strength and heat resistance of polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive, a new kind of three-component copolymer emulsion adhesive was prepared by semi-continu- ous emulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate, vinyl acetateand acrylarnide as monomers. Latex ad- hesive was analysized by Electronic universal testing instrument, Fourier transform infrared spectros- copy (FT-IR), thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The influence of mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation at break and Peel strength) of adhe- sive was investigated by the orthogonal design. The results showed that when the content BA was 20%, the VAc was 30%, and AM was 5.0%, the tensile strength of the mother liquor reached to 3.93 MPa, and the Peel strength was 6.68 kN/m; when BA was 40%, VAc was 20%, and AM was 3.0%, the elongation at break reached to 701%.
