摘要
为促进费托蜡在精细化学品中的高值化应用,研究了费托蜡液晶乳液的构建。采用正交实验考察了费托蜡的种类,卡波用量,甘油用量以及主乳化剂与助乳化剂的配比对液晶结构形成的影响,并采用Photoshop软件对乳液中的液晶含量进行定量分析。结果表明:主乳化剂与助乳化剂的配比对液晶数量的影响最大,其次是费托蜡种类,再次是甘油用量,最后是卡波用量;当选用费托蜡LA-W60,卡波用量0.15%,甘油用量10%,主乳化剂与助乳化剂配比4∶4时,能够形成液晶含量最多的乳液。采用皮肤水分含量测试仪对不同液晶含量的费托蜡乳液的保湿性能进行测试,液晶含量与保湿性能之间成正比,液晶含量越多的费托蜡乳液,保湿效果越好。
In order to facilitate the application of Fischer - Tropsch wax in fine chemical products , theconstruction of Fischer-Tropsch waxemulsions with liquid crystal structure was studied. By using or- thogonal test design, the effects of Fischer-Tropsch wax type, concentration of carbomer, concentra- tion of glycerol and the ratio of main emulsifier and co-emulsifier on the formation of liquid crystal were investigated. The quantity of the liquid crystal in each emulsion formulation was calculated by u- sing Photoshop software. The results showed that the ratio of the main emulsifier and the co-emulsifi- er was the main factor, then was the Fischer-Tropsch wax type, next by the concentration of glycer- ol, and the last was the concentration of carbomer. And, when the formulation contained LA-W60 as Fischer-Tropsch wax, 0.15% of carbomer, 10% of glycerol, and with the ratio of main emulsifier and co-emulsifier as 4 : 4, the emulsion with the largest amount of liquid crystal can be constructed. The moisturizing performance of the emulsions different content of liquid crystal was evaluated by using a skin hydration tester. It was found that the moisturizing performance of the emulsion was proportion- al to its liquid crystal content, that is, the higher liquid crystal contentin the Fischer-Tropsch wax e- mulsion, the better its moisturizing effect was.
