某医院条件致病菌的分布及耐药性分析

Analysis on distribution and drug resistance of conditioned pathogenic bacteria in a hospital

目的了解普宁市人民医院2014—2016年常见条件致病菌的分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药性,为医院内感染防控和临床合理选用抗菌药物提供参考。方法采集2016年1—12月普宁市人民医院临床感染性标本进行细菌学检验和抗菌药物敏感试验,同时回顾性调查2014年和2015年条件致病菌感染的检测数据及相关资料,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 2014—2016年普宁市人民医院条件致病菌感染以革兰阴性杆菌为主,标本类型构成比最高为痰液和尿液,对抗菌药物的耐药率不断发生变化,分离菌总数有逐年增加的趋势,菌种的分布也有所不同。结论医院条件致病菌的感染无论从菌种分布、标本类型和耐药性等方面容易出现变化,医院及相关部门应加强对医院条件致病菌的监测,及时掌握感染的变迁,为制定防控措施和策略提供科学的依据。

Objective To understand the distribution of conditioned pathogenic bacteris and their resistance to antibacterial drugs in the Puning Municipal People′s Hospital during 2014—2016 in order to provide a reference for the prevention and control of hospital infection and clinically rational selection of antibacterial drugs. Methods The clinical infectious specimens were collected in the Puning Municipal People′s Hospital from January to December 2016 for conducting the bacteriological detection and antimicrobial drug susceptibility test,at the same time the detection data and related data of conditional pathogenic bacterial infection during 2014—2015 were retrospectively surveyed. Then the results were statistically analyzed.Results The conditional pathogenic bacterial infection in the Puning Municipal People′ s Hospital during 2014—2016 was mainly Gram-negative bacilli. The specimen type constituent ratio was highest in sputum and urine. The resistance rates to antibacterial drugs were unceasingly changed. The isolated bacterial sum total showed the increasing trend year by year and the bacterial species distribution was also different. Conclusion Hospital conditional pathogenic bacterial infection is easier to appear the change in the aspects of the bacterial species distribution,specimen type and drug resistance. Therefore hospital and relevant departments should strengthen the monitoring of hospital conditional pathogenic bacteria,timely grasp the changes of the infection,and provide a scientific basis for formulating the prevention and control measures and strategies.
