关于加强国内核安全经验反馈工作的思考

Strengthening Domestic Operating Experience Feedback Work of Nuclear Safety

各国核安全监管部门、国际原子能机构(IAEA)都将经验反馈作为保证核电安全的必不可少的手段,并不断加强对经验反馈体系运行有效性的监管以及提高事件的评价能力,提高经验反馈工作的有效性。本文简要介绍了国内外经验反馈发展的历史和现状,提出了针对国内核安全监管部门在经验反馈工作的一些思考和建议。

All international nuclear regulatory bodies and IAEA regard operating experience feedback （OPEX） as necessary measures to guarantee nuclear safety, and continually strengthen management to OPEX system and evaluation capacity of event, aiming at improving effectiveness of OPEX. This paper briefly introduced OPEX history and present status in domestic and foreign countries, and then proposed some ideas and suggestions on management of OPEX to National Nuclear Safety Administrator （NNSA）.
