Make reference for the improvement of nuclear safety surveillance for nuclear power plants in China, upgrade and optimize the independent oversight to provide an independ-ent perspective or a new vision to maintain the continuous monitoring of nuclear safety, so as to ensure the safe operation of nuclear power plants, good public safety and environmental guardian.
