食用菌菌糠配制营养液对苦苣生长发育特性研究

摘要 [目的]研究了食用菌菌糠浸出物对苦苣生长发育的影响。[方法]不同浓度食用菌菌糠营养液水培苦苣,并测定植株形态指标和产量。[结果]不同浓度食用菌菌糠营养液可促进苦苣叶片数、根体积、根鲜重及地上部鲜重的增加;低浓度有效促进根长生长,高浓度对根生长有抑制作用。[结论]最适宜的菌糠营养液浓度为45 m L/L。 [Objective] The effects of nutrient solution concentration of mushroom bran on growth and development characteristics of the Sonchus oleraceus L. were studied. [Method] The morphological index and yield of Sonchns oleraeeus L. were tested under the different nutrient solution concentration of mushroom bran [Result] The leaf number, root volume, root fresh weight, fresh weight of aerial part of Sonchus oleraceus L. increased in different nutrient solution of the edible fungi; low concentrations enhanced growth of root length, and the growth of root length was inhibited under the higher concentration. [Conclusion] The optimum nutrient solution concentration of mushroom bran was 45 mL/L.
