手术室护理人员医院感染自我防护意识现状及影响因素调查研究

Survey research on current situation and factors of self protection awareness of nurses in operating room towards nosocomial infection

目的:通过调查手术室护理人员医院感染自我防护意识现状,分析其影响因素。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年7月我省某3家医院的90名手术室护理人员作为研究对象,评估其医院感染自我防护意识,并比较不同性别、年龄、文化程度、职称、护龄、自我效能感及职业倦怠感护理人员的防护意识,并以多因素logistic分析上述因素与手术室护理人员医院感染自我防护意识的关系。结果:90名手术室护理人员医院感染自我防护意识一般,不同性别护理人员的评估结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄、文化程度、职称、护龄、自我效能感及职业倦怠感护理人员的评估结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic分析显示,年龄、文化程度、职称、护龄、自我效能感及职业倦怠感均是手术室护理人员医院感染自我防护意识的重要影响因素。结论:手术室护理人员医院感染自我防护意识一般,影响因素较多,应针对影响因素制定干预措施以进一步提升自我防护意识。

Objective: To investigate the current situation of self protection awareness of nurses towards nosocomial injection in operating room and analyze its factors. Methods: To select 90 nurses form three hospitals in our province from January 2016 to June 2017 as research objectives,evaluate self protection awareness towards nosocomial infection,and compare protection awareness of nurses in different gender,age,cultural degree,title,working age,self efficacy and job burnout,and further apply multi-factors logistic to analyze the relationship between above-mentioned factors and self protection awareness towards nosocomial infection. Results: The 90 nurses had common self protection awareness towards nosocomial infection. Compare the evaluation result of nurses of different gender,there was not statistically significance( P > 0. 05). Compare the evaluation result of nurses in different age,cultural degree,title,working age,self efficacy and job burnout,there was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Multi-factors logistic analysis indicated that age,cultural degree,title,working age,self efficacy and job burnout were all important factors to self protection awareness towards nosocomial infection. Conclusion: Nurses in operating room have common self protection awareness towards nosocomial infection,and there are some different factors,so intervention measures shall be taken to further increase self protection awareness.
