护士主导护理在痔疮术后排尿排便困难患者中的效果观察

Effect observation of nurse-oriented nursing on hemorrhoids patients after operation with difficult micturition and defecation

目的:探讨护士主导护理在痔疮术后排尿排便困难患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年1月本院诊治的86例痔疮术后排尿排便困难患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规护理干预;观察组以护士为主导进行护理。比较两组患者的首次排尿时间、首次排便时间及排便时长、护理满意度、手术前后不同时间的疼痛评分、排便时疼痛程度及尿流动力学指标。结果:观察组的首次排尿时间、首次排便时间及排便时长均短于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),手术后不同时间的疼痛评分、排便时疼痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.05),尿流动力学指标均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护士主导护理在痔疮术后促进患者排尿排便及改善舒适度方面均有积极的临床价值,更受患者认可。

Objective: To explore the the nursing effect of nurse-oriented nursing on hemorrhoids patients after operation with difficult micturition and defecation. Methods: To select 86 cases of hemorrhoids patients after operation with difficult micturition and defecation diagnosed and cured in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 as research objectives,and randomly divide them into control group and observation group. Control group was given routine nursing intervention,while observation group was given nurse-oriented nursing. Compare the first micturition time,the first defecation time,defecation duration,nursing satisfaction,pain score in different time before and after operation,pain degree during defecation and urodynamics index between the two groups. Results: The first micturition time,the first defecation time and defecation duration in observation group were all shorter than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Nursing satisfaction was higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). The pain score in different time after operation and pain degree during defecation were both lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Urodynamic index was better than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: For hemorrhoids patients after operation,nurse-oriented nursing could create positive clinical value of improving patients' micturition,defecation and comfort level,so it deserves more reorganization.
