品管圈管理对糖尿病患者使用胰岛素笔的效果分析

Effect analysis of quality control circles management on the usage of insulin pen by diabetic patients

目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)管理对糖尿病患者使用胰岛素笔对其注射规范达标率的影响。方法:选取2016年9月~2017年3月我区使用胰岛素笔治疗的糖尿病患者40例,所有患者均采取品管圈管理。比较QCC实施前后患者胰岛素笔使用知识掌握情况、胰岛素笔注射规范达标率。结果:品管圈实施后患者胰岛素笔使用知识掌握水平较实施前提高(P<0.05);患者胰岛素注射各项指标规范达标率均较实施前提高(P<0.05)。结论:采取品管圈管理,可提高护理人员胰岛素笔相关知识水平,显著提高糖尿病患者胰岛素笔使用规范注射达标率,使患者血糖水平得到有效控制。

Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circles( QCC) management on the rate of qualified injection of diabetic patients using insulin pen. Methods: To select 40 cases of diabetic patients using insulin pen in our area from September 2016 to March 2017,and all patients were given quality control circles management. Compare patients' acquisition of using an insulin pen and the rate of qualified injection before and after the QCC implementation. Results: After the QCC implementation,patients' acquisition of using an insulin pen had been improved( P < 0. 05); the rate of qualified injection for various indexes during insulin injection was better than before( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Adoption of quality control circles management could promote nurses' knowledge on insulin pen,and significantly increase the rate of qualified injection of diabetic patients when using insulin pen,thus effectively control patients' blood glucose level.
