网络经济视角的经管专业经济法教学改革与创新探究

The Teaching Reform and Innovation of "Commercial Law" for Economics or Management Majors in the Perspective of Network Economy

随着"互联网+"向各个行业渗透,网络经济作为一种新的经济形态,在市场经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用。由于经济管理类专业特点,不管在经管专业培养目标、专业教学计划、课程教学都应该更重视网络经济相关知识和规律。而经济法作为经济行为与法律知识交融的课程,由于课程知识面宽广、课时量少、经管专业学生法学知识薄弱等特点,本文认为可以从教学内容、教学方式和考核方式等方面结合网络经济视角进行创新。

With the penetration of ＂Internet＋＂ to various indus-tries, network economy, as a new economic form, is playingamore and more important role in market economy. On account ofthe features of economics or management majors, they need at-tach importance to the knowledge and law of network economy insuch aspects as the major training targets, teaching plans orcourse teaching. ＂Commercial Law＂ asa concrete case has thefeatures of wide knowledge, less period, weak knowledge on lawof economics or management students and so on, which can beinnovated from teaching contents, teaching methods and exami-nation ways in the perspective of network economy.
