先进国家教育实习的特点

摘要 师范生作为国家教育的栋梁和实践者背负着重大的使命。师范生的培养任重而道远,而教育实习作为衔接大学与中小学,连接大学生与中小学教师,实现师范生由学生到老师的重要一环,其重要性不可小觑,并和教育质量息息相关。如果没有优秀的中小学安排师范生进行见习与实习,教师教育就不可能是优秀的。随着教师资格考试的开放,教师行业正式对外开放,学校教育实习经验则成为了师范生区别社会考生的重要依据。但当前我国师范生的教育实习还存在实习时间集中、时间短、形式单一、管理滞后、缺乏国家标准等问题;应博采众长,制定出符合国情的教育实习模式。 Normal university students shouldera great mission asthe pillars and practitioners of education in our country. Thetraining of normal university students hasa long way to go. Edu-cational practice is an important part of linking universities withprimary and secondary schools, connecting university studentswith primary and secondary school teachers, and realizing normaluniversity students' transformation from students to teachers, so itis closely related to the quality of education and its importanceshould not be underestimated. If there is no outstanding primaryand secondary school to arrange educational practice, teacher e-ducation can not be excellent. With the opening of teacher quali-fication examination, the profession of teachers is officiallyopened to the outside world and the experience of school educa-tional practice has become an important basis for distinguishingnormal university students from social candidates. However, thereare still some problems such as the concentration of practice time,the short time, the single form, the lagging of management and thelack of n ational standards in the educational practice of normaluniversity students in our country. Therefore, we should learnwidely from others' strong points, in order to formulate an educa-tional practice mode in line with our national conditions.
