摘要
提高学校教育质量,深化教师教育改革,关键在教师教育课程的改革,而课程的改革创新,关键在课程管理。目前河南省的高校教师教育课程管理还存在着一些比较突出的问题。课程设计中教师教育类课程比重低、实践性不足。课程实施中忽视对话、体验和探究性教学。课程评价忽视对课程设计的评价,忽视评价主体的多元化等。这些问题最终会造成培养的学生虽然掌握一定的理论知识,但不能很好地服务于各地的基础教育的需要,不能很好地服务于社会实际的需要。本文从社会服务能力的角度,对教师教育课程管理中的问题进行了系统的分析,并以此提出相应的对策,希望能够深化教师教育课程管理改革,提高课程质量,推动整个教师教育改革。
To improve the quality of school education and deepenthe reform of teacher education, the key is the reform of teachereducation curriculum, while the key of the curriculum reform andinnovation is curriculum management. At present, there are stillsome prominent problems in the management of university teach-er education curriculum in He'nan Province. The proportion ofteacher education courses in curriculum design is low and practi-cality is not enough. Dialogues, experiential and exploratoryteaching are ignored in curriculum implementation. The evalua-tion of curriculum design and the diversity of evaluation subjectsare ignored in curriculum evaluation. These problems will even-tually lead to the result that the students cultivated cannot wellserve the needs of basic education and cannot meet social needseven though they have grasped some theoretical knowledge. Fromthe perspective of social service ability, this paper systematicallyanalyzes the problems in teacher education curriculum manage-ment and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in thehope of deepening the reform of teacher education curriculummanagement, improving the quality of curriculum and promotingthe reform of teacher education.
