摘要
学校教育在培养人上有着其自身优势和特点,但当前这一优势并未发挥出来,其在人的培养上陷溺于诸如分数、名利的争夺中,虽在应试知识的教学上有效率,可因在学校教育本质上的放逐、方法上的偏误、管理上的异化和文化上的薄弱,使得学生综合素质能力和品质未得到健全发展。
School education has its own advantages and charac-teristics in cultivating people. However, at present, these advan-tages have not been brought into full play. In the cultivation ofpeople, it pays more attention to scores, fame and fortune. Al-though it is efficient in teaching examination-oriented knowledge,it cannot promote students' sound development of comprehensivequality due to its deviation in the essence and methods of schooleducation, alienation in management and weakness in culture.
