中国历来就有"名师出高徒"的古训。振兴民族教育,培养和造就高素质人才,靠的就是名师。名师工作室是一种由区域优秀骨干教师聚合而成的教育教学专业机构,其目的是组建一个集教学、研究、培训于一体的教研共同体,从而为优秀教师的成长起示范、引领、辐射作用,它既是优秀教师的聚焦点,又是未来优秀教师的孵化地。

As the ancient Chinese saying goes, ＂a great teacherproducesa brilliant student.＂ Revitalizing national education,training and bringing up high-quality talents, rely on greatteachers. Great teachers’studios refer to a kind of professionaleducation and teaching institution composed of outstandingbackbone teachers in a region. Its purpose is to set up a teachingresearch community integrating teaching, research and training,in order to play an exemplary, leading and radiating role in thegrowth of outstanding teachers. They are not only the focus ofoutstanding teachers, but also the incubator of future outstandingteachers.
