Grassroots League organizations in colleges and uni-versities are the basic unit of the work and activities of the Com-munist Youth League and play an important role in the trainingand development of young talents. Under the theme of the newera, in view of the problems such as the weak vitality and poororganization of grassroots League organizations in colleges and u-niversities, grassroots League branches are taken as the researchobject. Based on how to enhance the vitality of grassroots organi-zations and perfect the long-term mechanism, this paper putsforward feasible solutions to help grassroots League organizationsto attract, gather and develop young people in colleges and uni-versities.
