就业困难学生职业素养与竞争力提升帮扶方案研究

随着经济竞争的不断激烈,社会对于学生的职业能力要求也在提升,学生需要更好地提升自身的综合素养才能适应就业的需要。但是每个学校都会存在一些就业困难的学生,这些学生在校期间的各项能力存在问题,成绩不能达到学校的要求,严重影响到其毕业后的就业,学校应该提升这部分学生的素质,为这部分学生的就业提供帮助,提升就业困难学生的整体竞争力。本文对就业困难学生职业素养与竞争力提升帮扶方案进行研究。

The increasingly fierce social and economic competi-tion has raised the requirements for students＇ professional ability,so students need to improve their overall literacy to meet theneeds of social employment. However, there are some studentswith difficulties in employment in each college. These studentshave problems in their abilities during their college studies andtheir grades fail to meet the requirements of colleges. This willseriously affect their employment after graduation. Collegesshould enhance the quality of these students and help them, so asto improve the overall competitiveness of them. In this paper, thewriter researches the helping program of improving professional-ism and competitiveness of students with employment difficulties.
