供给侧背景下高职院校提升农村生源就业能力的思考

Reflections on Improving the Employment Ability of Rural Students in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the Supply Side

高职院校作为国家技能人才培养的摇篮,同时也是学生就业市场的供给侧,而用人单位是学生就业市场的需求端,在供给侧背景下,高职院校要帮助学生解决结构性矛盾,提升学生的就业能力。而由于近些年高职院校农村籍学生所占比例不断增大,对此在本文中笔者将针对供给侧背景下高职院校提升农村生源就业能力进行分析。

As the cradle of skilled talent training, higher voca-tional colleges are also the supply side of students＇ employmentmarket, and employers are the demand side of students＇ employ-ment market. In the context of the supply side, higher vocationalcolleges should help students solve the structural contradictionsand enhance students＇ employability. However, due to the in-creasing proportion of rural students in higher vocational collegesin recent years, the author analyzes the improvement of rural stu-dents＇ employment ability under the background of the supplyside.
