单纯疱疹病毒疫苗研究进展

摘要 单纯疱疹病毒1型和单纯疱疹病毒2型是具有高传染性的全球性病毒。除原发感染外,还有潜伏感染和复发性感染。1型单纯疱疹病毒主要引起口面部感染和疱疹性脑炎。而2型单纯疱疹病毒主要引起生殖器感染。2型单纯疱疹病毒增加了感染HIV的风险。由于并没有安全可行的HSV-2疫苗被研制成功,目前控制HSV-2主要方法是使用安全套和抗病毒治疗,但是并不十分有效。因此,2型单纯疱疹病毒疫苗的研究刻不容缓。本文将介绍各类HSV-2疫苗的研究现状和进展。 Herpes simplex virus type 1 and type 2 are highly contagious viruses found worldwide.In addition to primary infection,the viruses can also cause a latent or recurrent infection.The two types of the herpes simplex virus are widespread and continue to spread.Herpes simplex virus type 1 mainly causes an oral infection and encephalitis.Herpes simplex virus type 2 mainly causes a genital infection.Genital herpes increases the risk of transmission and acquisition of HIV infection.Since there is no safe or effective HSV-2 vaccine at present,HSV-2 is mainly controlled through the use of condoms and antiviral therapy,but this approach is not very effective.Thus,research on HSV-2 vaccines must be promptly conducted.The paper reviews the status of vaccine research and development of various HSV-2 vaccines.
