摘要
上转发光层析技术是近年来研究较多的一种较新型的临床诊断与检测技术,可满足多种环境条件下的检测要求。独特的上转发光特性使该技术具备稳定性更强、敏感度更高等多种优势。目前,上转发光层析技术已在临床检测领域具有部分应用,随着此技术的不断发展与成熟,具备走向家庭及资源有限环境应用的趋势。本文综述了上转发光技术的原理及在生物医学检测领域的应用现状。
An up-converting phosphor technology-based lateral flow(UPT-LF)assay is a new technique for clinical diagnosis and detection.This assay could meet the requirements of a variety of environments.Inconsistent with the Stokes rule,an up-converting phosphor produces a luminous signal that cannot be interfered with by the natural phosphorescence from carriers or samples.?The new material also has the advantages of no optical attenuation,corrosion resistance,long-term preservation,and repeated use.UPT-LF is a skillful combination of labeling technology involving an upconverting phosphor,a lateral flow assay,and microelectronic optical technology.A UPT-LF assay has multiple advantages,such as its low cost,simplicity,rapid reaction,and high level of sensitivity.Several studies have described the use of UPTLF technology in clinical detection.UPT-LF tends to be used in the home and environments with limited resources as it the technology continues to develop and mature.This review outlines the principle of UPT-LF and its use in biomedical detection.
