摘要 为了研究射速和射击方式对小口径速射火炮身管温度的影响,基于有限元分析方法,建立其速射火炮身管截面的有限元模型,分析三种射速下射击40连发的身管温度以及三种射击方式下的身管温度.实验表明,在相同射弹数条件下,射速越高,身管内壁温度越高,内外壁温差越大;相同射速条件下,不同射击方式对身管射击后存储热量影响很小,但多组射击方式可以有效降低射击过程中的内壁温度,缩小内外壁温差.本文对小口径舰炮提高射速以及射击规范的制定提供一定的参考. In order to study the influence of firing rates and shooting criterions on the barrel temperature of small caliber rapid-firing gun, we took the shooting with three different firing rates and shooting with three shooting criterions as the study object. The finite element model of rapid-firing gun was established based on finite element method, analysis on the barrel temperature in the process of 40 continuous emissions with three firing rates, and analysis on the barrel temperature with three shooting criterions. The conclusion is that the higher firing rate can increase the inside-wall temperature, and temperature is different between inner and outer surface; The three shooting criterions has little effect on the heat of barrel, but the multi-group style can decrease the inside-wall temperature effectively, and reduce temperature different of inner and outer surface. The method and simulation result provide a reference for firing rate increase and shooting criterions formulation of small caliber rapid-fire gun.
