掺杂酸对PANI多孔膜/银颗粒复合材料形貌及SERS性能的影响

摘要 基于化学还原法,通过聚苯胺多孔膜还原硝酸银溶液制备得到银颗粒.本文设定室温下,硝酸银溶液浓度与反应时间为非变量,通过改变掺杂酸种类来调控生成银颗粒的形貌.实验选用磷酸、丁二酸、乳酸、对甲基苯磺酸为掺杂酸,分别制得了立方体、玫瑰花、月季花、枫叶状的银颗粒.研究表明,掺杂酸可以诱导形成不同形貌的银颗粒,且以不同生成材料为基底时,其SERS性能也不同. Silver particles were prepared by reduction of silver nitrate solution by polyaniline porous film based on the chemical reduction method. In the case of keeping the concentration of silver nitrate and the reaction time unchanged in the room temperature, regulate and control the morphology of the generated silver particles. Phosphoric acid, butyl acid, lactic acid, methyl benzene sulfonie acid were used as doping acids in experiment, and the morphologies of silver particles received were similar to the shapes of cube, rose, Chinese rose and maple leaf. Research shows that doping acid can induce the formation of silver particles with different morphologies, and the SERS performances are different when using them as active substrates.
