苏子降气汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the Suzi Jiangqi decoction on acute exacerbation of COPD

目的:分析苏子降气汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2015年3月18日-2016年3月20日收治的120例慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作患者,分为常规组与实验组,其中常规组单纯采取西药治疗,实验组在此基础上加用中药苏子降气汤治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:实验组与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为95.00%与83.33%,P<0.05。结论:对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重患者采取中药苏子降气汤进行治疗可获得较为显著的临床疗效,改善患者的临床症状,值得实践推广。

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Suzi Jiangqi decoction on acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods：120 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD in our hospital from March 18,2015 to March 20,2016 were divided into the routine group and experimental group.The routine group was treated in western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with the Suzi Jiangqi decoction more.Results：The total effective rate in the experimental group and routine group was 95.00% and 83.33% respectively,P0.05.Conclusion：The Suzi Jiangqi decoction on acute exacerbation of COPD can obtain a more significant clinical effect,improve the clinical symptoms,and is worthy of practice and promotion.
