柴胡疏肝散合香砂六君子汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎肝胃不和型85例临床观察

Observation on treating 85 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis of the Ganwei Buhe type with Chaihu Shugan San plus the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散合香砂六君子汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎肝胃不和型的临床疗效。方法:将85例患者随机单盲分为治疗组45例和对照组40例,治疗组服用柴胡疏肝散合香砂六君子汤加减,对照组服用胃复春,两组疗程均为6个月。结果:治疗组临床疗效、胃镜病理学检查和Hp检测疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有显著性意义。结论:柴胡疏肝散合香砂六君子汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of Chaihu Shugan San plus the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis of the Ganwei Buhe type.Methods：85 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 45 cases and control group of 40 cases.The treatment group was treated with Chaihu Shugan San plus the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction;the control group was given Weifuchun,for 6 months.Results：The efficacy,gastroscopic pathological examination and Hp examination in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,with a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chaihu Shugan San plus the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis of the Ganwei Buhe type shows a good clinical effect.
